1. Returns

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, returns are only accepted if:

The product is damaged

The wrong product is delivered

2. Return Request

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Used products

Products damaged by the customer
